Terms & Conditions

Membership Eligibility

  • Membership is available to individuals who are 18 years of age and older.
  • The complimentary Ruby membership is granted upon the first stay, while the paid Platinum membership is available for an annual fee.
  • The “Club Sanda” reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant without explanation.

Membership Benefits

  • Benefits for each membership level (Complimentary and Paid) are outlined below and may include discounts, upgrades, and exclusive offers. These terms and benefits may be updated from time to time, so please refer to this page for the latest information.
  • Benefits are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
  • Only one offer and benefit can be availed at a time and two offers and or benefits cannot be combined.

Points Accrual and Redemption

  • Members earn points on eligible expenditures at all our group businesses which include the hotels including room rates, dining, and spa services, wellness magazine and our technology products.
  • Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for rewards specified by Club Sanda.
  • Points expire 24 months from the date of accrual if not redeemed.

Membership Fees and Renewal

  • The fee for the paid Platinum membership is non-refundable and subject to change without prior notice.
  • Membership renewal is automatic and will be charged to the member’s account unless otherwise cancelled in writing 30 days before the renewal date.
  • Ruby membership will be renewed automatically provided the member has been an active participant in the program.

Modification of Terms

  • Club Sanda reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions, benefits, and policies of the Club Membership at any time without prior notice. Members will be notified of significant changes through email or website updates.

Cancellation and Termination

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to Club Sanda via email or the website.
  • Club Sanda reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member fails to comply with the terms and conditions, or engages in fraudulent or abusive behaviour or any other behaviour it finds unacceptable.

Privacy Policy

  • Member information will be handled in accordance with Club Sanda’s Privacy Policy, ensuring confidentiality and security of personal data, Terms & Conditions.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, before resorting to litigation.

Guest Policies

  • Additional guests may be subject to extra charges. Certain benefits may apply only to the cardholder unless specified otherwise.

Identification Requirement

  • Members are required to present proper identification (e.g., government- issued ID) during redemption of benefits.

Cancellation and No-show Policy

  • Cancellation policies apply; failure to cancel or no-show may result in charges or forfeiture of benefits.

Modification of Benefits

  • The hotel reserves the right to modify or update benefits, terms, and conditions with prior notice.

Conduct Expectations

  • Members are expected to adhere to hotel policies and guidelines during their stay.

Facility Usage

  • Access to certain facilities is subject to availability and hotel policies.

Liability Limitation

  • The hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience incurred during the use of membership benefits.

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
